Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 28-oz. can tomatoes undrained
  • 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 (2 1/4-oz.) cans sliced, black olives, drained
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
