  • 1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers


  1. preheat oven to 425 slice jalapenos and cook in oven for 10 minutes to dry them out a little. Then on baking sheet put 1 TBS of shredded cheese with one sliced jalapeno right on top in the middle… Cook for 7 minutes..let cool…enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 24 chips, 4 chips in 1 serving!
