Keto Chocolate Mousse


  • 2.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 16.0 tsp Splenda
  • 3.0 serving Egg white, large


  1. Melt the coconut oil to just over room temperature so it is not solid. Chip the cream then add in all other ingredients, whipping until stiff. Separate into individual cups and refrigerate. Serving Size: Makes 8 half cup servings
