- 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
- 6 clove Garlic
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients and roll into 24 balls or use mini muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400.
