Ingredients:

  • 24.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
  • 1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
  • 1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
  • 1.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream

Instructions:

  1. Chop onion and bell pepper add to pan with hamburger and cook until hamburger is no longer pink add cheese and sour cream stir and serve
  2. Serving Size: 5 oz
