Great slow cooker keto chicken


  • 40.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1.0 stick Butter, unsalted
  • 8.0 clove Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1.0 medium (2-1/2″ dia) Onions, raw
  • 8.0 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared


  1. Place thawed chicken in slow cooker. Add the butter. Place the garlic and sliced onion in, dispersing it around evenly. Sprinkle with salt. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove and place on serving plate. For cream cheese sauce: In a pan, put the cup of chicken stock (or liquid from the slow cooker) add the cream cheese and salt. Cook over med low heat until the sauce is combined and creamy. Pour over the chicken.
