Cream cheese and Almond flour pancakes
Ingredients:
- 4.0 oz Cream Cheese
- 1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
- 1.0 tsp Baking Powder
- 4.0 serving great value large white eggs
- 0.5 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla cream cheese. Make sure your cream cheese is soft or your batter will be chunky. In a non-stick skillet laddle about 3 tbsp of mix and cook for about 2 minutes then flip and cook for about 2 more minutes or until golden brown. Continue until all batter has been used. Serving Size: Makes 10 pancakes
