Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
  • 56 gram(s) aldi cream cheese (by ONESTEPCLOSER3)
  • .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
  • 24 tbsp great value almond flour (by CHIROCW)
  • 3 tsp Great Value Baking Powder (by ARUBALOVER)

Instructions:

  1. Melt cheeses in microwave.
  2. Stir in egg.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until dough and then hand mix – my first attempt was 20 mixes.
  5. Serving Size: 4 large bagels
