Low carb delicious chicken Parm


  • 2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
  • 1.0 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1.0 dash Pepper, black
  • 1.0 dash Salt
  • 2.0 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
  • 2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Crush up pork rinds and Parmesan cheese in a food processor or Magic Bullet. Pour out your breading into a shallow dish for later. Dont blend for too long, the mixture will become wet, you want it crumbly. Beat an egg in a bowl and set it next to the breading. Dip the Chicken in the egg then shake well. Then press it firmly onto the breading dish, covering all sides well. Place the Chicken in the oven for 25 minutes . Serving Size: 2 servings.
