An Italian classic, flavours of basil, tomato and mozzarella
Ingredients:
- 1 Tomato (approx 100 grams)
- 100 grams Buffalo Mozeralla
- 5 grams Pine Nuts I recommend these
- 1 tbsp HK's Keto Basil Pesto Get the recipe here
Instructions:
- Chop the tomato and mozzarella into cubes.
- Add the pine nuts and pesto
- Mix all together well.
- Serve
