Greek Keftedes (keto)

No bread crumbs Greek meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
  • 1.0 tsp Basil
  • 1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
  • 2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
  • 5.0 clove Garlic
  • 1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
  • 2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 16.0 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 2.0 tbsp Mint, Fresh

Instructions:

  1. Optional sauteed garlic and onions to soften. Then combine with all other ingredients mix well by hand, do not overmix. Prep broiler pan by covering it with aluminum foil. Take out meat mix and roll into medium spoonfuls approximately 2 in in diameter flatten them out of it. Play under broiler for 5 minutes, they should be crisp on top not burnt. Flip, and broil for another 5 minutes. When done removed from broiler, and squeeze fresh lemon juice on all of them. Serving Size: 1 meatball
