Super easy, low-carb keto bread! Great toasted!
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg, fresh (or 1 egg white if you prefer)
- 1 dash Salt
- In a bowl (or small square tupperware) melt the butter, then add the almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg (or egg white if using). Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool and cut in half to make 2 slices. Toast if desired!
